Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire Eau Fraiche

Hello everyone,

I've shared with you during my previous post for Guerlain Fall/Winter 2015 collection (HERE) that La Petite Robe Noire, one of Guerlain perfume collection is having another side of her, Eau Fraiche.

And this is, Eau Fraiche, a fresher side of La Petite Robe Noire.

I am absolutely essential and utterly irresistible. I am the chic and very glamorous perfumed creation by Guerlain.
In La Petite Robe Noire’s perfume wardrobe, I am the Petal Dress.
My trail reveals a fresh, incredibly exhilarating scent. A fragrance creation in which sparkling mandarin, rose petals and biting pistachio set hearts aflutter.
My legendary glass bottle – instantly recognizable by its rounded shoulders and stopper in the shape of an upside-down heart – reveals my new style of dress. Sketched in black ink, my low-cut Petal Dress is beautifully set off by translucent glass with a soft green lacquer.
Green floral
Sparkling, Joyful, Exhilarating
The fragrance takes off with an explosion of mandarin scattered with a shower of green notes. Then the roses come onto the scene, refreshed by an armful of freesia, caressed by the sensuality of apricot and dazzled by sun-kissed notes. The indispensable gourmand touch? The delicious pistachio, note imbued with the house style. Last but not least, white musk and patchouli enfold the entire composition in a delicate, silky halo.
In an inspired move, Thierry Wasser, my ardent admirer and loyal Pygmalion, has composed a final bespoke design for me. Here I am, clothed in a Green Floral, a symphony illuminated by the poetry of spring flowers.

The perfume is not exactly launch on Fall/Winter but introduced to me on the same event with the collection. Nevertheless, we are Indonesian, as we can use a fresh scent just about anytime ^__^

Like mention on the details provided by Guerlain, the bottle itself resembles her own charm and the differences are in the dress and color of the liquid inside the bottle. The container itself is pretty much the same. And if you pay attention to La Petite Robe Noire collection, from the original (EDT), to EDP, EDP Couture and this one Eau Fraiche, the dresses are different.

The dresses itself inspiring and makes us understand the essence behind each variant.

La Petite Robe Noire Eau Fraiche made just like the dress, open, perfect for spring, embodied the feeling of the coming of a new season, warmer, lighter in terms of the mixed of green notes.

Those who are younger or perhaps young at heart would prefer Eau Fraiche among the other.

When first sprayed, I noticed the sweetness and milk nuttiness of pistachio, it is unique and somehow brings comfort to my senses. Then the scents flows to apricot and freesia that bring warmth, delightful notes and ended with patchouli, a signature of La Petite Robe Noire with added white musk, where it successfully soften everything with lingering roses that made me feel as if the flowers kept on blooming to where it is sprayed. The combination is fun, a hint of milky green, and yes, fresh.

The cute dress printed on the bottle reminded me a lot of Tinker Bell's ... perhaps, this is what she would smell >.~ fresh, innovative and fun, after all she is a creative tinker.

The scent last for around 3-4 hours, the formula is just delightful, crisp and 'garden-fresh'!

Thank you so much Guerlain Indonesia, hope to see you again soon!
